Delivery and returns
For Switzerland, estimated preparation is 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 5–9 business days in transit after dispatch. You have 30 days after receipt to request a return. Contact contact@velio-care.com before sending anything back. Return postage is your responsibility for a change of mind; Velio Care covers it for an item that is damaged, incomplete, or different from the order. Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after receipt.
